A mildly entertaining thriller where things seem off on day one when the female protagonist moves-in to an odd-ball apartment community. It turns out to be a lot more than she bargained for as she is forced to learn the communities secrets the hard way. It closes with an intriguing twist ending reminiscent of "The Invitation."

'Apartment 1BR' is an effective reminder that the terrifying stuff doesn't just take place in some gothic castle or haunted house.
